Football: $150
Cheer: $200
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Must be ages 5 to 14 years old - Based on participants age as of July 1st, 2024.

Must have a valid 2024 Physical - Participants must have a valid physical submitted by July 1st, 2024 to be able to practice and receive equipment/uniforms. Physicals are required for all participants to be allowed to enter the YMCA gates!

Must have an original Birth Certificate - If you are a first-time participant or coming from another organization.

*NEW THIS YEAR* Every participant must have a YMCA membership ($10).

Must bring (16) - 20 oz Gatorade Bottles.

Application packet must be submitted (online or in-person).

Registration fees must be paid in full in order for participants to receive equipment/uniforms!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (NO REFUNDS): REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME! AFTER REGISTRATION FORMS ARE SUBMITTED, REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL A PAYMENT IS MADE AND ALL PAPERWORK IS TURNED IN.
